My Training
Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps you identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. Through practical tools and strategies, you can develop healthier ways to manage challenges and improve your overall well-being.
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
CPT is a specialized approach to address trauma and PTSD. By examining and reframing unhelpful beliefs, it helps reduce emotional distress and fosters recovery from traumatic experiences.
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
DBT focuses on balancing acceptance and change. It provides skills to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and navigate life with greater mindfulness and resilience.
Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps process and heal from traumatic memories. By using guided eye movements, it reduces the emotional intensity of past experiences and promotes healing.
